Terms & Conditions for Kiss & Store Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Kiss & Store as part of our staffed luggage storage network in Kraków. By using our attended storage locations, hourly billing services, or any related facilities across our network, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Premises
The services provided by KISS & STORE SP. Z O.O. (“Kiss & Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are governed by these Terms & Conditions of Service. These Terms form an integral part of each individual contract for storage or any other service concluded with the Customer (“you”, “your”) and cannot be separated from it. By using our attended storage locations or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions
“We”, “us”, “our” – refer to KISS & STORE SP. Z O.O., its staff, partners, and affiliates.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” – refers to the person using Kiss & Store’s luggage storage or related services.
“Storage Facility” – refers to the staffed premises and physical locations provided by Kiss & Store.
“Receipt” – the confirmation of your storage booking, either digital or printed.

3. Service Description — Staffed Luggage Storage
The Kiss & Store service allows you to store your luggage or items at our attended facilities for the duration of your choice. No booking is required — you can drop off your bags directly on-site with our staff.
Our locations are open daily from 09:00 to 20:00, unless otherwise indicated on our website. Each storage booking is non-refundable once paid. There are no strict size limits, but extremely oversized items are subject to staff approval and available space. No animals, perishable food, or illegal items may be stored. Locations are non-smoking and entry is limited to persons over 18 years old (or minors accompanied by an adult). The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their luggage is securely closed before handing it over to our staff, and checking that all items are collected upon checkout.

4. Operating Hours & Overnight Storage
Storage fees are calculated on an hourly basis. You pay for the exact time used when you collect your luggage. Please note that our staff is on-site and doors are open only during operating hours (09:00 - 20:00). If luggage is not collected before the location's closing time, it will be safely locked inside overnight. You will be able to retrieve your items the following day during standard operating hours, and standard hourly/overnight fees will apply for the extended time.

5. Forgotten or Unclaimed Luggage
For security reasons, any item not claimed within 5 days after the drop-off date will be disposed of. If forwarding forgotten items is requested, the Customer shall cover all related costs in advance. A €35 handling fee will apply, plus shipping costs depending on the method and destination.

6. Packaging and Condition of Items
Each item must be properly packed and closed to prevent damage or tampering. KISS & STORE SP. Z O.O. accepts no liability for damage caused by inadequate packaging or for items that may leak, break, or harm other stored belongings.

7. Prohibited Items
The following are strictly prohibited from storage: animals, plants, food, or perishable goods; weapons or hazardous materials; illegal substances or items prohibited by law; cash, credit cards, documents, precious metals, jewelry, watches; electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, smartphones; fragile or flammable materials. KISS & STORE SP. Z O.O. reserves the right to inspect and refuse storage of any prohibited or dangerous items.

8. Inspection Rights
For security reasons, KISS & STORE SP. Z O.O. staff and/or authorized authorities may inspect any stored luggage or item if necessary, without prior notice.

9. Customer Obligations
By using the service, you guarantee that your luggage complies with all laws and restrictions; you have packed it safely; it does not contain any prohibited or dangerous items; the total value of each stored bag's contents does not exceed €1,000; and all information provided during registration is correct. You agree to indemnify Kiss & Store against any costs or damages resulting from your breach of these obligations.

10. Liability and Insurance
Our liability for loss or damage applies only when directly attributable to Kiss & Store’s negligence. Each booking is covered by insurance up to €1,000 for theft or damage, already included in the price. This insurance does not cover cash, documents, jewelry, precious stones, metals, electronics, or fragile items, or indirect damages such as missed flights, loss of income, or delays. All Kiss & Store locations are equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and staffed for maximum security.

11. Lost Confirmations or Technical Issues
If you lose your digital confirmation/receipt or experience any issues during your pickup, simply speak to our on-site staff or contact our support team. Identity verification will be required before your luggage is handed back to you.

12. Complaints
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 days of retrieving your luggage. Complaints must include proof of payment and a full description of the issue. We will not process claims until all storage fees are paid in full.

13. Rates and Payment
All prices are displayed at the facility and on our website. Payment is made on-site via credit/debit card or other electronic cashless payment methods upon collection of your luggage. All prices include applicable taxes (VAT). Late payments or unpaid surcharges may result in collection fees and interest charges in accordance with EU regulations.

14. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and enforceable.

15. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be settled by the competent court in Kraków, Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
