How we calculate storage fees

(Please note: By storing your luggage in our secure facility, you automatically accept our standard Terms & Conditions).

1. Upfront 4-Hour Rate

When you drop off your bags, you make a simple upfront payment at the terminal. This initial payment covers your first 4 hours of storage.

2. Pay-As-You-Go for Extra Time

Need more time? No problem! You don't need to rush back. Any extra time beyond the first 4 hours is calculated automatically. You simply pay the remaining balance at the terminal before the locker opens during pickup.

3. Secure On-Site Payment (Cashless)

For a fast and smooth checkout, our terminals accept contactless debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. (Please note: Cash payments are not accepted).

4. Insurance Included

Your peace of mind is priceless. That's why every locker rental automatically includes insurance coverage up to €1000 at no extra cost.

Simple, transparent, and fair — that's how Kiss & Store works.

Fair & Flexible Pricing

Store your luggage for as long as you need. With our 4-hour upfront rate and pay-as-you-go system for extra time, you never overpay. No hidden fees, no stress.

24/7 Access & CCTV Monitored

Our automated lockers are available 24/7. Drop off and pick up your bags exactly when it suits your travel schedule. Our secure facility is brightly lit and under constant video surveillance.

Forgot something? No problem

Need to grab a jacket or a charger from your bag? Just come back, enter your access code, and open your locker to take what you need.

Then simply close it again — safe and secure until your final pickup.

No apps to download

We value your time and phone storage. The entire rental process is done directly at the terminal in our facility. Just walk in, tap the screen, and you're done in seconds.
