    Yes! You can rent as many lockers as you need, depending on availability.
    Each locker operates independently, so you can open and close them separately.

    Each Kiss & Store location offers different locker sizes — small, medium, and large.
    If you’re not sure which one fits your luggage, don’t worry!
    Every store has measuring frames, just like at airports, so you can easily check your bag’s size and choose the perfect locker before you store it.
  • How long can I rent a locker for?
    You can keep your luggage in a Kiss & Store locker for as long as you need — there’s no time limit.
    Rental is charged per started hour, so you only pay for the actual time used.
    After 3 days, our team may contact you just to make sure you haven’t forgotten your luggage.
  • How do I pick up my bags?
    You’ll receive a confirmation with your locker code by sms and email or on-screen.
    Use your smartphone or the touchscreen at the station to enter your code, open your locker, and collect your bags anytime.
  • Can I reopen my locker during the rental?
    Absolutely! You can open and close your locker anytime during your rental period.
    Just use your code again when you need to access your luggage.
  • I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
    Check your spam folder first.
    If you still haven’t received it within 10 minutes, please contact our support team — we’ll help you right away.
  • How do I find the nearest Kiss & Store?
    You can find all our locations using the “Find a Store” page on our website.
    Just enter your address or city, and we’ll show you the closest lockers.
  • What can I store inside the locker?
    Anything that fits — suitcases, backpacks, jackets, shopping bags, and more.
    Each locker is charged per locker, not per item, so you can pack efficiently!
  • What items are not allowed?
    For safety reasons, it’s forbidden to store flammable, hazardous, illegal, or perishable items.
    Anything that could cause damage, odor, or risk to others is not allowed.
  • Can I stay inside the store during the rental?
    You can enter Kiss & Store to drop off or collect your luggage, but the store is not a place to stay, rest, or sleep.
    Our security and camera system automatically detects every entry, and if someone remains inside for an extended period, security may be notified to ensure the safety and proper use of the facility.
    Kiss & Store is designed for secure luggage storage only, not as a hostel or waiting area.
  • What if I have a problem while using the locker?
    Every Kiss & Store location has a support intercom next to the lockers.

    Yes! Our system automatically converts payments to your local currency.
    All prices are shown in euros, but your bank or card provider will handle the conversion securely.
  • Can I store my luggage overnight?
    Of course! You can leave your luggage for several hours or overnight — all our lockers are monitored 24/7.
  • What if my luggage doesn’t fit in the locker?
    No problem — you can upgrade to a larger locker on-site, or rent an additional one if available.
  • Do Kiss & Store locations have charging stations or Wi-Fi?
    Some of our locations offer free Wi-Fi and charging points for your convenience.

  • Can I get a receipt or invoice for my rental?
    Yes! You’ll automatically receive a digital receipt by email right after payment.
    If you need a business invoice, simply request it during checkout or contact our support team.
  • Can I leave my luggage in one city and pick it up in another?
    Not yet — each Kiss & Store locker is linked to a specific location.
    But we’re working on a city-to-city storage network for the near future!
  • What if the locker doesn’t open?
    If your code isn’t working or the door won’t open, press the help button at the station or contact support immediately — our team will assist you in real time.
  • Are taxes included in the price?
    Yes, all displayed prices already include VAT and insurance — no hidden fees.
  • Can I manage or extend my rental online?
    You don’t need to set a rental time in advance.
    Simply store your luggage and keep it as long as you need — the system will automatically calculate the total when you pick it up.
    Payment is made only after you collect your luggage, based on the actual time used.
  • What if I forget my luggage and leave the country?
    No problem at all!
    Just contact us directly — our team will arrange a courier shipment to your preferred address. We’ll calculate the shipping cost individually, based on the destination and parcel size.
  • How are storage fees calculated?
    Charges are calculated by the hour — each hour started counts as a full one.
    For example, if you leave your luggage for 3 hours and 17 minutes, you’ll be charged for 4 hours in total. The system automatically calculates the final amount when you collect your luggage — simple, fair, and transparent.
How spacious are the lockers?
Please note: the number of bags listed refers to standard airline carry-on sizes.
