How we calculate rental fees
When you rent a locker in your preferred size, you accept our Terms & Conditions.
Rental is charged by the hour.
The system automatically rounds up to the next full hour.
Example 1:
If you leave your luggage for 3 hours and 17 minutes, you’ll be charged for 4 hours.
Example 2:
If you leave your luggage and you pick it up after 40 minutes, you’ll be charged for 1 hour.
No payment upfront.
When you drop off your luggage, we only place a temporary authorization hold of €20 on your card — just a pre-authorization, not a charge.
When you collect your luggage, the system automatically deducts only the exact amount due for your rental time.
Card payments only.
We accept contactless debit and credit cards, as well as mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google
Pay Cash payments are not accepted.

Please note that flammable, hazardous, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited in all lockers
