How we calculate rental fees
When you store your luggage with us, you automatically accept our Terms & Conditions.
Rental is charged by the hour, per bag.
The total time is rounded up to the next full hour.
Example 1:
If you leave your luggage for 3 hours and 17 minutes, you’ll be charged for 4 hours.
Example 2:
If you pick up your luggage after 40 minutes, you’ll be charged for 1 hour.
No payment upfront
Payment is made only when you collect your bags, based on the total storage time (rounded up to the next full hour).
Card payments only
We accept contactless debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Safety first
For everyone’s safety, please do not store flammable, hazardous, illegal, or perishable items.
We also advise against leaving cash, passports, jewelry, or valuable electronics inside your luggage.
